1. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Cancellations made 10 days before the booking date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.

• Cancellation Policy

            100% Refund if cancellation occurs at least 10 days prior to your reservation arrival date.

             50% Refund if cancellation occurs between 3-9 days prior to your reservation arrival date.

              0% Refund if cancellation occurs 2 days prior to your reservation arrival date.

 

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3PM

• Check-out time: 12PM

• Late check-out may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10PM-6AM).

• No smoking indoors. Any smoking-related damages will incur a cleaning fee.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No parties or large gatherings without prior approval.

4. Damages and Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged for repairs or replacements.

• The rental owner is not responsible for any loss, theft, or injury that occurs on the property.

5. House Rules

• Please leave the property clean and tidy.

• Follow all posted guidelines for amenities and facilities.

6. Termination of Stay

• The owner reserves the right to terminate a stay if guests violate any terms, with no refund.
